Last week members of Graffiti NABBers and other supporters went to court to hear the sentencing of tagger Danielle Bremner, who plead guilty to 13 charges of vandalisim and defacing public property in the Back Bay area. Graffiti NABBERs is a group of Back Bay residents and business owners that formed several years ago to fight the graffiti problems in their neighborhood.
Graffti taggers also plague the Mission Hill neighbhorhood and the Community Alliance of Mission Hill has formed a sub committee to report graffiti to the city's public works department. Phil Quartier, chair of the sub committee was quoted last week in the Boston Globe.
